Shipments and returns
LG FRIDGE FILTER is happy to offer expedited shipping to its customers.
Please be aware when selecting any expedited shipping method, such as Express Post shipping your order will be processed and shipped out the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday.
Any expedited delivery requests that are placed after 1pm on Friday through Sunday will not be shipped until Monday.
Out of Stock Products
Our goal at LG FRIDGE FILTER is to ship your products accurately and as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately there may be times when we are out of stock on an item you have ordered which may delay your shipment.
We will keep you informed if there will be any delays due to out of stock items on your order, typically via email if you have provided an email address.
And of course we will ship your order as soon as product becomes available.
You may return your merchandise for a refund within 90 days of purchase.
If you wish to return purchased merchandise please contact us via phone 1300 767 072 or email email@example.com to receive an Order number and instructions on how to return the merchandise.
All returned items must be in a new, unused condition and contain all original parts, shrink wrap, protective seals and components.
We will not accept or refund any items that have been damaged, used, or do not contain all original parts, shrink wrap, protective seals and components.
We will not issue any refunds on products that were damaged during installation or because of incorrect installation, so please read Installation manual before you install filters.
We do not refund shipping on returned items. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipment to return the merchandise to LG FRIDGE FILTER.
We encourage our customers to use a shipment method that provides tracking information from Au post office website (https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html#/track?id=)
If your return comes back to us damaged we will follow the above outlined policy and no refund will be issued. We encourage our customers to package their return carefully as to avoid any damages in transit back to us.
If your purchase was made beyond 14 days ago, LG FRIDGE FILTER will accept a return in exchange for store credit up to 6 months after the order was placed. Once your return is accepted, your store credit will be available. If you prefer to place a new order before your return is processed, your store credit will be refunded to the new purchase once the returned merchandise passes inspection.
Please note, your new purchase must be at least equal value to your store credit in order for the full amount to be refunded to your new transaction.
**Store credit will expire after 6 months**
If you provide an undeliverable address and your package comes back to us marked undeliverable we will contact you to obtain a valid shipping address.
You will be responsible for shipping cost to reship your order to you. Please note you will be charged the actual cost of shipment even if you only previously shipping was Free if we have to reship your order due to undeliverable address.
